The bakewell behemoth

A gigantic chocolate chip cookie pie slab with a serious Bakewell twist.

Packed inside are chunks of Bakewell tart, white chocolate and glacier cherries, all swirled through with raspberry jam, then sandwiched inside our chunky chocolate chip cookie dough and baked until golden and gloriously indulgent.

Basically, everything you love about a Bakewell tart… but bigger, chunkier and completely out of control. 🍒🍫
