Gift Card Terms & Conditions 💀

1. Validity: Haydon – Baked to Ruin gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They must be redeemed before the expiry date.

2. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed against eligible purchases on our website, using the gift card code at checkout.

3. Available values: Gift cards are available in denominations of £10 and £25.

4. Gift card balance: If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used on a future order, provided the card is still valid.

5. Order totals: If your order exceeds your gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

6. Delivery: Delivery charges apply where relevant and can be paid using the gift card balance if supported at checkout.

7. Cash alternative: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

8. Returns and refunds: Any refunds relating to purchases made using a gift card will be handled in accordance with our returns and refund policy and applicable consumer law.

9. Lost or stolen gift cards: Please keep your gift card code safe. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe your gift card has been lost or compromised. We cannot guarantee replacement.
